SUBJECT.- U.S. AID programme—Chartering of Ocean Vessels and embargo on certain vessels for transport of AID financed goods.

No 185-ITC(PN)/70.—It has been decided to make the following additions/ deletitions in the list of vessels declared as ineligible to carry AID financed goods attached to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 120-ITC(PN)/68, dated the 26th June, 1068 as amended by Public Notices Nos. 185-ITC(PN)/68, dated 3rd September, 1968, 277-ITC(PN)/68, dated 26th December, 1968, 151-ITC(PN)/ 69 dated 12th September, 1969, 194-ITC(PN)/69, dated 3rd December, 1969, 172- ITC (PN)/70, dated 28th November, 1970 and 181-ITC(PN)/70, dated the 17th December, 1970.

SUBJECT.—Licensing cnditions governing imports under the U.S. E.rim V Line of Credit.

No. 18G-ITC(PN)/70.—Attention of importers in invited to the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 81-ITC(PN)/70, dated the 1st June, 1970, extend- ing the time limit for shipments/payments against licences issued under EXIM V Credit from 31st May 1970 to 31st December 1970.

2. It has now been decided to extend the terminal date for shipments/payments upto 31st January 1971 for licences issued under the U.S. Exim V Credit, Import licences issued under this Credit which are valid on the date of issue of this Public Notice, will automatically become valid for shipment/pnyments upto 31st January 1971. For this purpose the licensees will not be required to obtain formal endorsement on their licences. In respecL of these licences no grace period will be available.
