S.O. 4097.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commis- sions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby extends upto the 31st March, 1971, the period within which the Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs by noti- fication No. S.O. 1520, published at pages 681 and 682 of Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated the 23rd April 1970. shall make its report to the Central Government.
