SUBJECT Import of raw materials, components and spares by actual users in the small scale sector during April 1970—March 1971—Modes of financ- ing.
No. 189-ITC(PN)/70.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 175-ITC(PN)/70, dated the 4th December, 1970 in terms of which requests for conversion of free foreign exchange licences into U.S. AID/Rupee Area licences can be considered.
2. It has now been decided to allow the conversion of UK- Credit licences into U.S. AID/Rupee Area licences. The applicants desirous of availing this facility should make request to this effect to the licensing authorities concerned within three months from the date of issue of licence.
