ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th December 1970
S.O. 4105. In pursuance of sub - paragraph ( 1 ) of Paragraph 4 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1970 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals and Mines and Metals ( Department of Petroleum and Chemicals ) , S.O. 1873 , dated the 18th May, 1970 , namely:-
In the Table annexed to the said Order , in column ( 2 ) , -
( a) against serial No. 13 , for the abbreviations , words and figures " Rs . 14.16 per kg . " , the following abbreviations , words and figures shall be substituted:
"Rs . 91.71 per kg . " ,
(b ) against serial No. 15 , for the abbreviatioons , words , figures and brackets "Rs . 66.79 per kg . , if manufactured through imported cyanopyridines ) " the following abbreviations , words , figures and brackets , shall be substituted ;
"Rs . 97.00 per kg . if manufactured through imported cyanopyridines ) " .
