S.O. 4103.—In partial modification of the Ministry of Industrial Develop- ment and Internal Trade (Department of Industrial Development) Order No. S.O. 3642/15/IDRA/70, dated the 2nd November, 1970, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 2nd Novem- ber, 1970, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri C. A. Subrahmanyam, Shri Sal, 40 Pols Garden, Madras, as Chairman of body of persons appointed to enquire into the affairs of the industrial undertaking known as Lakshmiratan Cotton Mills Co. Ltd., Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), in the place of Shri H. C. Jain.
