S.O. 681.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act. 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following further amendment shall be made in its notifica- tion No. 434/AF/71 dated the 14th January, 1971, namely;—
In column 3 of the Table appended to the said notification, for the existing entry at item No. 7 "Settlement Officer, Eluru" against serial No. 11—Eluru, the entry "Commercial Tax Officer, Eluru" shall be substituted.
