G.S.R. 223—The following Order made by the President is published lor general Information :—

THE DELIMITATION OF COUNCIL CONSTITUENCIES (MYSORE) AMENDMENT

ORDER, 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the President, after consulting the Election Com- mission, is pleased to make the following Order further to amend the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Mysore) Order, 1951, namely: —

1. This Order may be called the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Mysore) Amendment Order, 1971. (213) 214 T I IE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART I [—SEC. 3 (ft

2. In the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Mysore) Order, 1951t In the Table below paragraph 2, for the word "Chitaldrug" occurring in entry 4 under "Graduates' Constituencies", entry 4 under "Teachers' Constituencies" and entry 9 under "Local Authorities' Constituencies", the word "Chitradurga" shall be substituted.
