NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th February 1971G.S.R. 225.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 258 of the Constitution and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the President with the consent of the Government of Meghalaya, hereby entrusts to that Government the functions of the Central Government under sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15 and 18 of the Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958 (21 of 1938).
