G.S.R. 296.—In pursuance of section 15 of the Passports Act, 1967 (15 of 1967), the Central Government hereby authorises the Lt. Governor, Delhi, to sanction prosecution of any offence or offences under clause (b) of subjection (1) of section 12 of the said Act relating to issue of passports by any of the authorities specified in column (2) in the Schedule to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of External Affairs, No. G.S.R. 867 dated the 24th May, 1967, in respect of the Union territory of Delhi mentioned in the corresponding entry in Column (1) thereof.
