G.S.R. 5(E)/Sugar Export—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act, 1958 (30 of 1958), the Central Govern- ment hereby fixes 97,000 tonnes (Nintyseven thousand tonnes) of sugar as the quantify which may be exported during the period commencing on the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette and ending with the 31st day of December, 1972 [No. 10-1/72-S-EXP.]
