No. DRAWBACK / PN - 1 / 72 .-- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52/ F . No. 602 /2/ 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extra Ordinary , dated the 25th August, 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , with immediate effect:-
Proviso No. ( 3 ) under Sub -Serial No. 3608 shall be omitted .

सं ० प्रतिश्चदायगी/पी ० एन०-1/ 72. सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क प्रति- अदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 के भारत के राजपत्त्र, असाधारण , में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-डी० बी० के ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन भारत सरकार, एतद्वारा , 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 की सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/पी ०एन०-1 में प्रकाशित सारणी में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , जो तत्काल लागू होंगे ।
उपक्रम सं ० 3608 के अन्तर्गत परन्तुक सं ० 3 को निकाल दिया जाएगा ।
CORRIGENDUM
No. DRAWBACK / PN - 2 / 72.- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/ F . No. 602/2 /70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra - Ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following correction in the table published in the Public Notice No DRAWBACK/ PN - 11 dated the 17th November , 1971 with immediate effect: - For Sub - serial No. 3828 and the entry relating to ( iv) (b ) for word brass , word 'Bars' shall be substituted .

सं ० प्रतिप्रदायगी/ पी ० एन०-2/ 72.--सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( दिनांक 25 अगस्त , 1971 के भारत के असाधारण राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० स० 602/ 2/ 70-डी० बी० के ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा , दिनांक 17 नवम्बर, 1971 की सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/पी ० एन ० 11 में प्रकाशित सारणी में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , जो तत्काल लागू होंगे:-
उप- क्रम सं ० 3828 तथा ( IV ) ( ख ) से सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टि में 'पीतल ' शब्द के लिए ' छड़ें ' शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

सं ० प्रतिप्रदायगी/पी ० एम ० 3/72. सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क प्रतिश्रदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 के भारत के असाधारण राजपत्त में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52 /फा ० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-डी० बी० के ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 की सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रदायगी/पी ० एन०-1 में प्रकाशित सारणी में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , जो तत्काल लागू होंगे:-
1 उप- क्रम सं ० 4411 तथा उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रति- स्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -

( ख ) द्रव चालित बैंचिग मशीनें जब कि फोटो पोत पर्यन्त मूल्य की 2.5 प्रतिशत वैद्युत क्लाथ गाइडर के बिना उनका निर्यात किया जाता है ।
