ORDER
New Delhi , the 4th January 1972
S.O. 6 ( E ) . Whereas the industrial undertaking known as the Carter Pooler & Co. Private Limited , Calcutta , is engaged in the scheduled industries , namely , the Fork Lift Trucks and Steel Structurals industries ;
And whereas it has come to the notice of the Central Government that the olume of production of the articles manufactured in the said industrial undertaking had been gradually going down resulting in a situation in which production mighi stop altogether ;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient to take urgent measures to remedy the situation arising out of the gradual fall in produc tion in the said industrial undertaking and to ensure that production in the said scheduled industry does not suffer to the detriment of the public interest;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the In- dustries ( Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case . a body of persons consisting of:

आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 4 जनवरी , 1972
का ० अ ० 6 ( प्र). यतः कार्टर पूल एण्ड कं ० प्राइवेट लिमिटड , कलकत्ता नाम से शात प्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम , अनुसूचित उद्योगों अर्थात् फ के लिफ्ट ट्रक्स और स्टल स्ट्रक्चरल्स उद्योगों में लगा हुमा है ;
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार को यह ज्ञात हुआ है कि उक्त श्रौद्य गिक उपक्रम में विनिर्मित वस्तुओं के उत्पादन क मात्रा धीरे ध रे कम होती जा रही है जिस के परिणामस्वरूप ऐसी स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है जिसमें उत्पादन विल्कुल बन्द हो सकता है ,
और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम के उत्पादन में धीरे धोरे गिरावट से उत्पन्न स्थिति को ठ क करने के लिए और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए , कि उक्त धनुसूचित उद्योग के उत्पादन में ऐस कमी न हो जिससे लोक हित को हानि पहुंचे , अत्यावश्यक उपाय करने सम चीन है ।
अतः अब , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 को 65 ) का धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शिक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार इस मामले क परिस्थितियों का पूरा- पूरा अन्वेषण करने के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्धारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियो का एक निकाय नियुक्त। करतो है :
