NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the. 5th January 1972

S.O. 15(E).—In pursuance of Clause 3 of the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order 1971, and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 5253 dated the 29th November, 1971, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri S. S. Kapur, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, (Department of Agriculture), Gov- ernment of India, vice Shri Santokh Singh, as a Controller for the purposes of the said Order and assigns to him the functions of Controller under the provi- sions of the said Order in respect of tractors imported into India.
