G.S.R. 16(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of sec- tion I of the North-East Frontier Agency (Administration) Supplementary Re- gulation, 1971 (No. 4 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the 20th day of January, 1972 us the date on which the said Regulation shall come into force.
