8.0. 18(E).—In pursuance of clause (v) of rule 1 of the Second. Schedule to the Companies (Profits) Surtax Act, 1964 (7 of l964), the Central Government hereby notifies the Rajasthan State Industrial and Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Jaipur, as a financial institution for the purposes of the said -clause in respect of the assessment year commencing on and from the 1st day of April, 1971 and any subsequent year.
