ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi, the 1th January 1972
S.O. 23(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1047 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1908, namely: —
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Second Amendment Order, 1972.
2. In Part 'B' of Schedule I to the said Order, item No. 54 (iii) has given in the amendment Order No. E(C)O,1968/AM(61), dated 25th August, 1971) shall be re- numbered and substituted by the following: —
"54(vi) Vintage cars and parts and Canalised through the State Trad- components thereof i.e. motor cars ing Corporation of India Limited, namely of 1940 and earlier models".
