New Delhi , the 11th January 1972
G.S.R. 23 ( E ) / Ess . Com./Sugar . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1342/ Ess . Com./Sugar , dated the 14th September , 1971 , namely :-
To the said Order , the following proviso shall be added , namely :-
"Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to the sale or despatch of sugar-
( i ) on Government account ; or
( ii ) to the nominee of a State Government or an officer authorised by it for distribution through fair price shops ; or
( iii ) to the Food Corporation of India . "

सा० का० नि ० 23 ( श्र ) / प्रा० व ०/ शहर शर्करा ( नियन्त्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के कृषि मन्त्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या सा ० का ० नि० 1342/ श्र ० व ० / शर्करा तारीख 14 सितम्बर, 1971 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:--
उक्त श्रादेश में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्--
"परन्तु इस आदेश में की कोई बात
( i ) सरकार के हिसाब में , या
( ii ) राज्य सरकार के नाम निर्देशित या उचित मूल्य की दुकानों के माध्यम से वितरण के लिए उसके द्वारा प्रात्रिकृत किती अधिकारी का,
(iii ) भारतीय खाद्य निगम को,
विक्रय की गई या भेजी गई शर्करा पर लागू नहीं होगी ।

G.S.R. 24 ( E ) /Ess , Com./Sugar.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Sugar ( Control ) Order , 1966 , the Central Governmentent hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1251 / Ess.Com . /Sugar , dated the 30th August , 1971 , namely:-
To the said Order , the following proviso shall be added , namely : -
"Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to the holding of stock of sugar-
(1) on Government account ; or
( ii ) by the recognised dealers nominated by the State Government or an officer authorised by it to hold such stock for distribution through fair price shops ; or
( iii ) by the Food Corporation of India " .

सा० ता ० नि० 24 ( प्र) / प्रा०८०/ शर्करा. शर्करा ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1966 के खण्ड 5 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय (खाद्य विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या सा० का ० नि ० 1251/ श्र० व० / शकँरा , तारीख 30 अगस्त, 1971 में और आगे निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्-
"परन्तु इस आदेश में की कोई बात:-
( i) सरकार के हिसाब में , या THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

( ii ) राज्य सरकार द्वारा नाम निर्दिष्ट मान्यता प्राप्त व्यवहारी या उचित मूल्य की दुकानों के माध्यम से वितरण के लिए इस प्रकार के स्टाक को रखने के लिए प्राधिकृत किसी अधिकारी द्वारा , या
(iii ) भारतीय खाद्य निगम द्वारा ,
रखे गए शकेरा के स्टाक पर लागू नही होगी । "
