NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th January , 1972 .
S.O. 25 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 6 of the Capital Issues ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 29 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Capital Issues ( Екетр- tion) Order , 1960 , namely:-
1. (1 ) This Order may be called the Capital Issues ( Exemption ) ( Amendment) Order , 1972 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Capital Issues ( Exemption ) Order , 1969 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , in clause 4,-
(a) in the marginal heading , after the words , " public limited companies", the words , " and private companies " shall be inserted;

(b) in the opening paragraph for the words and figures "public limited companies other than those registered under section 26 of the Mono- polies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act , 1969" , the words and figures, "public limited companies and by private companies registered under section 26 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 " shall be substituted;
( c) in sub - clause ( i ) , for the words "public limited company, " the words , figures and brackets " company other than the one registered under section 28 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969) ," shall be substituted .
3. In clause 8 of the said Order , sub - clause ( iv) shall be omitted.

का० अ० 25 ( प्र) . पूंजी निर्गम ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 के 29 में अधिनियम ) ही धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , पूंजी निर्गम ( छट) भादेश , 1969 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित भावेश देती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इस मादेश को पूंजी निर्गम ( छूट ) ( संशोधन ) श्रादेश, 1972 कहा जायेगा ।
( 2 ) यह श्चादेश , राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त हो जायगा ।
2. पूजी निर्गम छूट आदेश , 1969 ( जिसे इसके बाद उक्त प्रादेश कहा गया है ) के बण्ड 4 में,
( क ) हाशिये में विये गये शीर्षक में " पब्लिक लिमिटेड कम्पनिया" शब्दों के बाद " भौर प्राइवेट कम्पनियां" शब्द रखे जायेंगे ।
( ख) प्रारम्भिक पराग्राफ में , " एकाधिकार प्रौर प्रतिबन्धात्मक व्यापार प्रणालियां अधिनियम , 1969 की धारा 26 के अन्तर्गत पंजीकृत कम्पनियों से भिन्न पब्लिक लिमिटेड कम्पनियां" शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर " पब्लिक लिमिटेड कम्पनियां भौर एकाधिकार तथा प्रतिबन्धात्मक व्यापार प्रणालिर्मा अधिनियम , 1969 की वारा 26 के अन्तर्गत पंजीकृत प्राइवेट कम्पनियों द्वारा " शब्द और अंक रखे जायेंये ।

( ग) उप-खण्ड ( 1 ) में, " पब्लिक लिमिटेड कम्पमी " शब्दों के स्थान पर " एकाधिकार और प्रतिबन्धात्मक व्यापार प्रणालिमां अधिनियम , 1969 ( 1969 के 54 वें अभि- नियम ) की धारा 26 के अन्तंगत पंजीकृत कम्पमी से भिन्न कम्पनी" शब्द , अंक और कोष्ठक रखें जायेंगे ।
3. उक्त भावेश के खण्ड 8 के उप -साण्ड ( IV ) को हटा दिया जायेगा ।
