G.S.R. 28(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1957, the Chairman, after consultation with the Ministry of Finance, hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to those Rules with effect from the 10th January, 1972, namely: —
In the First Schedule to the said Rules— (1) under the heading "Class II—Gazetted",—
(•a) before the entries relating to item "4. Section Officers", the following en- tries shall be inserted, namely:—

G.Sja. 29(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Rajya Sabha Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1957, the Chairman hereby makes the following further amendments in the First Schedule to these Rules, with effect from the 10th January, 1972, namely:7—
In the First Schedule to the said Rules,—
(1) under the heading "Class III", against Item "24. Hindi Typists" for the figure '4' the figure '6' shall be substituted: and
(2) under the heading "Class IV",
(i) against item "30. Record Sorter" for the figure ' 1' the figure '2' shall be substituted; and
(ii) acainst item "32A. Door Keepers", for the figure '4', the figure '8' shall b* jubstiluted.
