ORDER
New Delhi, the 12th January 1972
G.S.R. 27(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of Sub-section (7) of section 5 of the Coking Coal Mines (Emergency Provisions) Act. 1971 (No. 64 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the Bharat Coking Coal Private Limited Dhanbad, a Government Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. (1 of 1956). as the Custodian of -11 the coking coal mines specified in the First Schedule, and all the Coke Oven Plants specified in the Second Schedule to that Act, for the proper management of such mines and coke oven plants, with effect from the 12th day of January, 1972.
