ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December 1971
S.O. 32(E).—Whereas the Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir have Intimated certain alterations in the boundaries of the territorial divisions comprised within certain constituencies mentioned In Schedule VI to the Delimitation of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1966;
And whereas the Election Commission is satisfied that the area or extent of any of the constituencies mentioned in the said Schedule will not be affected by the alterations of such boundaries and their redescription;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 0 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950, the Election Com- mission hereby makes the amendments in the said Order as specified below which appear to the Commission to be necessary and expedient for bringing the Order up-to-date: —
