NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th January 1972
So. 33 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 3) of article 77 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of Indla (Allocation of Business) Rules , 1961 , namely :
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business) (Ninety - second Amendment ) Rules , 1972 . (2) They shall come into force at once .
2. In the Second Schedule to the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , under the heading " MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND CHEMICALS (PETROLEUM AUR RASAYAN MANTRALAYA) " , under the sub -heading " B. DEPARTMENT OF CHEMICALS ( RASAYAN VIBHAG ) " , for entry 17 , the follow- ing entries shall be substituted , namely : -
" 17. Pyrites , Phosphates and Chemicals Ltd.
18. Other Public Sector Projects falling under the subjects included in this list , except such projects as are specifically allotted to any other Department . "
