New Delhi , the 18th January 1972
S.O. 38 - E . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Export of Coir products ( Inspection ) Rules , 1965 , namely : -
1. These rules may be ca led the Export of Coir products ( Inspection ) Amend- ment Rules , 1972 .
2. In the Export of Coir Products ( Inspection ) Rules , 1965 , after rule 5, the following rule shall be Inserted , namely : -
" SA . Inspection tee-A fee at the rate of ten paise for every one hundred rupees of the fob value of each consignment shall le paid as inspec- tion fee for inspection of coir products . "

१० प्रा० 38 (प) .--निर्यात ( गुण नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) की धारा 17 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार क्या उत्तग्द के निर्यात ( निरीक्षण ) नियम 1965 में श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए, एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बलाती है; अर्थात
1. ये नियम क्यर उत्पाद के निर्यात ( निक्षिण ) सशोधन नियम , 1972 कहे ज' मकेंगे ।
2. नारियल जटा उत्पाद के नियति ( निरीक्षण ) नियम 1965 में नियम 5 के बाद निम्नोक्त नियम निविष्ट किया जायेगा:--
" 5क. निरीक्षण फीस: प्रत्येक परेषण के पोत पर्यन्न निःशुल्क मूल्य के प्रनि एक सौ रुपये के लिए दस पैसे को दर से फीस क्यर उत्पादो के निरीक्षण के लिए निरीक्षण फीस के रूप में संदत्त की जायेगी । "

2. In the Export of Coir Yarn ( Inspection ) Rules , 1966 , after rule 7 , the follow- ing rule shall be inserted , namely: -
" 7A . Inspection fee - A fee at the rate of ten palse for every one hundred rupees of the f.o.b. value of each consignment shall be paid as inspec- tion fee for inspection of coir yarn . "

का० प्रा० ३४ ए (प्र) . निर्यात ( गुण नियंत्रण और निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1962 का 22 ) की धारा 17 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार , क्यर धागा निर्यात (निरीक्षण ) नियम, 1966 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिए , एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है; अर्थात
1. ये नियम क्यर धागा निर्यात ( निरीक्षण ) संशोधन नियम, 1972 कहे जा सकेंगे ।

2. क्यर धागा निर्यात ( निरीक्षण ) नियम, 1966 में नियम 7 के बाद निम्नांकित नियम प्रविष्ट किया जायेगा , अर्थात :
" 8क. निरीक्षण फीस-प्रत्येक परेषण के पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य के प्रति एक सौ रुपये के लिए दम पैसे की दर से फौस क्यर धागे के निरीक्षण हेतु निरीक्षण फीस के रूप में संदत्त की जायेगी । "
