एस ० ओ ० 68 (श्र ) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 21 के उप- बन्धों के अनुसरण में , निर्वाचन आयोग एनद्वारा , मेधालय मरकार के परामर्श से , नीचे की मारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विर्नािद ट सरकारी आफिस को, ऐसे सरकारी आफिसरों के सामने उक्व सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट मेधालय राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लि रिनिन प्राफिसर पदाभिहित करता है ।

एस ० ० 69 (प्र ) लोक प्रतिनिधित्व श्रवनियम, 1951 की धारा 22 की उनवास (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निर्वाचन आयोग नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में बना-विनिदिष्ट निम्नलिखित सरकारी श्रफिनरों को , एसे सरकारी आफिमरों के सामने उक्ण बारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में विनिदिष्ट मेवांलय राज्य में ससंदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निग आफिसर की, उसके कृत्य के पालन में, सहायता करने के लिए एतद्वारा नियुक्त करता हैः-
