INCOME TAX AND WEALTH TAX
New Delhi, the 21st January 1972
S.O. 59 (E ) . The following draft of the notification which the Central Gov- ernment proposes to issue in pursuance of item ( B ) of clause ( ii ) of the provise to sub- clause ( c ) of clause ( 1 ) andand item ( b ) of sub - clause ( iii ) of clause ( 14 ) of section 2 of the Income - tax Act , 1961 ( 43 of 1961 ) , and sub - clause ( b ) of clause (iii ) of Rule 1 of Paragraph B of the Schedule to the Wealth - tax Act , 1957 ( 27 of 1957 ) , is hereby published for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby ; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will Le taken into consideration or after the 31st day of March , 1972 .
2. Any objection or suggestion which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft before the said date will be considered by the Central Government .

फा० ग्रा० 59 ( ई ) . अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित प्रारुप , जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार, आयकर अतिवियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 2 के , खण्ड ( 1 ) के उ. खण्ड (ग ) के परन्तुक के खण्ड (11 ) की मद (ख) , ौर खण्ड ( 14) के उपखण्ड ( ।।। ) की मद ( ख ) , तथा धन-कर श्रधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 27 ) की अनुसूची के पैरा ख के नियम 1 के खण्ड ( ।।। ) के उपखण्ड ( ख ) के अनु- बरण में जारी करने की प्रस्थापना करती है, सभी ऐसे व्यक्तियों की, जिनका इससे प्रभावित होना बंभाव्य है, जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है ; और एसद्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारुप पर मार्च , 1972 के 31 वें दिन को या उसके पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।
2. किसी ऐसी श्रापत्ति या सुझाव पर, जो उक्त प्रारुप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से उक्त तारीख के पूर्व प्राप्त होगा, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा ।

भ्रायकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43) की धारा 2 के , खण्ड ( 1 ) के उपखण्ड (ग ) के परन्तुक के खण्ड ( ।। ) की मद ( ख ) , और खण्ड ( 14 ) के उपखण्ड ( 111 ) की मथ ( ख) , तथा धनकर अधि नियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 27 ) की अनुसूची के पैरा ख के नियम 1 के खण्ड ( ।।। ) के उपखण्ड ( ख ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सम्पूक्त क्षेत्रों के नगरीकरण , और अन्य सुसंगत विधारों, के परिमाण का , और उनके विस्तार का ध्यान रखते हुए , यथास्थिति, इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (3) में दशित और उसके स्तंभ ( 2 ) में तस्थानी प्रविष्टि में दशित नगरपालिका या छावनी बोर्ड की स्थानीय सीमाओं से बाहर पड़ने वारी क्षेत्रों को , आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) प्रौर धन-कर अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 27 ) क ऊपर वर्णित उपबन्धों के प्रयोजनों के लिए विनिदिष्ट करती है ।
