G.S.R. No. 62(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 2 of the Central Excise and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) read with rule 4 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby invests the Appellate Collector of Customs, Calcutta with all the powers of the Appellate Collector of Central Excise. Calcutta under the said rules.
