G.S.R. 63(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Finance Act, 1971 (14 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 97-Customs, dated the 13th December, 1971, namely :—

In the Table below the said notification, Serial No. 2 shall be renumbered as Serial No. 3 and before Serial No. 3 as so renumbered, the following shall be inserted. namely :—

G.SJt 64(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Finance Act, 1971 (14 of 1971), the Central Government, being satisfied that it i* necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 98-Customs, dated the 13th December, 1971, namely :—

In Ihe said notification, after the figures and brackets "10(2)", the figures, brackets and letters "15(9), 27(4)(a), 27(5)(a), 27(6), 27(7)(b). 27(8)," shall be inserted.
