ORDER
New Delhi , the 31st January 1972
S.O. 76 (E ) / 15 / IDRA/ 72 (2) .- Whereas the industrial undertaking known as Messra Krishna Silicate and Glass Works Limited , Calcutta , is engaged in the Scheduled Industry , namely , Glass Industry ;
And whereas it has come to the notice of the Central Government that the volume of production of the articles manufactured in the said industrial undertaking had been gradual- ly going down and the production has now come to a standstill consequent upon the closure of the said industrial undertaking by the management ;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient to take urgent measures to remedy the situation arising out of the closure of the said industrial undertak- ing and to ensure that production in the scheduled industry does not suffer to the detriment of the public interest ;

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (De- volopment and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) the Central Government hereby ap- points , for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case , a body of persons consisting of :-
Chairman
Dr. S. P. Verma , Industrial Adviser , Directorate General of Technical Developmeat , Ministry of Industrial Development .
Members
1. Shri C. R. Guha Mazumdar , Joint Secretary , Commerce and Industries Depart- ment , Government of West Bengal .
2. Shri S. R. Mallaya , Senior Cost Accounts Officer , Ministry of Finance .
The above body shall submit its report to the Central Government within a period of six weeks from the date of publication of th " in the Official Gazette .

नई दिल्ली, 31 जनवरी , 1971
क१० ग्रा ० 76 ( श्र) / 15/अह डी ग्रर ए/ 72 ( 2 ) -यनः कृष्णा सिलिकेट एण्ड ग्लाभ वर्क्स लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम अनुसूचित उद्योग अर्थात् काच उद्योग में लगा है । और यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की जानकारी में यह आया है कि उक्त कारखाने में विनिर्मित वस्तुओं के उसावन का परिमाण धीरे धीरे कम होता जा रहा है और प्रबन्ध मण्डल द्वारा उक्त कारखाने को बन्द किए जाने के परिणाम स्वरूप उत्पादन अब शून्य हो गया है ;
प्रोर यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि उक्त प्रौद्योगिक उक्रिम के बंद हाने से उत्पन्न स्थिति को सुधारने के लिये और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि अनसूचित उद्योग का उत्पादन लोक हित पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालने वाले रूप में न बिगड़े , तत्काल उपाय करना समीचीन है ;
श्रतः , अब उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा इस मामले की परि- स्थितियों मे पूरी तरफ से अन्वेषण करने के प्रयोजनार्थ एक निकाय नियुक्त करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित व्यक्ति होंगे :--

औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय ।
