NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd February 1972
S.O. 89(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 159 of the Patents Act, 1970 (39 of 1970), the Central Government hereby extends the date specified for the purpose of inviting objections or suggestions on the draft of the Patents Rules, 1971, published with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 5246, dated the 25th November, 1971, from the 25th January, 1972 to the 14th February, 1972.
2. Any objections or suggestions which may the received from any person with respect to the said draft rules on or before the date so extended will be consider- ed by the Central Government.
