S.O. 108(E).—Whereas the Central Government has, by its notified order in the late Ministry of Industrial Development and Internal Trade, No, S.O. 1027 dated the 6th March, 1971, issued under clause (b) sub-section (1) of section 18-A of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) authorised the Board of Management consisting of Sarva Shri R. V. Subrahmanian, M. Dhar and M. N. Datta to take over the management of the Industrial Undertaking known as M/s. Braithwalte and Company (India) Limited, Calcutta (hereafter in this order referred to as the industrial undertaking) for the period specified therein;
