S.0 109(E) —In pursuance of the provisions of clause (a) of sub-section (i)

of section 2 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968) the Central Gov-

ernment hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause

(a) serving in Madhya Pradesh for period of six months with effect from 12th

February, 1972. as active duty.
