8.O. 127 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Gold (Control ) Act , 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government , being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient in the pubic interest so to do , hereby makes the following Order , namely : -
Every child of a certified goldsmith , who is not eligible to apply for the grant of a certificate under section 39 of the said Act , shall be exempted from the pro- visions of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 39 subject to the conditions that- (1 ) such child only assists such certified goldsmith to make , manufacture , repair or process any article or ornament , and
( ii ) the certified goldsmith gets the name of such child endorsed on his certificate .

का० प्रा० 127 ( प्र ) . स्वर्ण (नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 45 ) की धारा 1.09 द्वारा प्रदश्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, जिसकी यह राय है कि ऐसा करना चोरुहित में आवश्यक और ममीचीन है एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थातः-
किसी प्रमाणित स्वर्णाकार की प्रत्येक ऐत्री मंत्रान को , जो उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 39 * राधीन प्रमाण-पत्र को मंजूरी के लए आवेदन करने के लिए गव नही हैं , धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के उपबन्धों में छूट दी जाएगी, जो निम्नलिखित शत्रों के अधीन होगी कि
(i ) ऐमी संतान कोई वस्तु या आभूषण बनाने , विनिर्माण करने, मरम्मत करने या प्रसंस्करण करने में ऐसे प्रमाणित स्वर्गकार को केवल सहायता करे , और
ii ) प्रमाणित स्वर्गकार देवी महान का नाम अपने प्रमाणपत्र पर पष्ठांकित करा ले ।

১.০ . 128 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 , read with clause ( 10 ) of sub - section ( 4 ) of section 39 of the Gold ( Control ) Act , 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , The Central Government hereby makes the following rules , to amend the Gold Control ( Grant of Certificates ) Rules , 1970. namely : --
1 Short title and commencement .- ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Gold Control ( Grant of Certificates ) Amendment Rules , 1972
( 2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official (lazette .
2. After sub - rule ( b ) of rule 3 of the Gold Control ( Grant of Certificates ) Rules , 1970 , the following sub - rule shall be inserted , namely :-
" ( c) a person , not being a minor , who is the child of a certified goldsmith. "

का० श्रा० 128 ( श्र ) . स्वर्ण ( नियन्त्रण ) अधिनियम, 1968 ( 1968 का 45) की धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 4) के खण्ड ( ङ ) के माथ पाठेन, धारा 114 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , स्वर्ण नियंत्रण ( प्रमाणपत्र की मंजूरी ) नियम, 1970 में संशोश्रन करने के लिये एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात-
1. सक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम स्वर्ग नियंत्रण ( प्रमाणपत्र की मंजरी ) संशोधन नियम , 1972 होगा ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2 स्वर्ण नियंत्रण ( प्रमाणपत्र की मंजूरी ) नियम , 1970 के नियम 3 के उपनियम ( ग्व ) के पश्वान, निम्नलिखित उपनियम अन्न. स्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात :-
" ( ग ) कोई व्यक्ति, जो वयस्क नहीं है , और वह क्रिमी प्रमाणित स्वर्णकार की मंत्रान है । "

S.O. 129 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Gold (Control) Act , 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government , being of opinon thatit is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do , nereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) , No. S.O. 220 , dated the 8th January , 1971 , namely:-
In the said notification , for the words " three years " , the words " five years " shall be substituted .

का० प्रा ० 129 ( प्र ) . स्वर्ण (नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 45 ) की धारा 109 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , जिस की यह राय है कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक भार समीचीन है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व और बीमा विभाग ) की तारीख 8 जनवरी , 1971 की अधिसूचना स ० का ० श्र ० 220 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
" उक्त अधिसूचना में, " तीम वर्ष" शब्दों के स्थान पर , "पाच वर्ष " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जायेंगे । "

S.O. 130 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Gold ( Control ) Act , 1968 ( 45 of 1968 ) , the Central Government , being of opinion thatit is necessary and expedient in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following Order , namely: -
That a person referred to in clause ( c ) of sub - section ( 4 ) of section 39 of the said Act shall be exempted from the operation of the time limit specified in that clause if he makes an application on or before the 31st day of December , 1972 , for the grant of a certificate referred toin sub - section ( 1 ) of the said section 39 .

फा ० ग्रा ० 130 ( प्र ) . स्वर्ण ( नियन्त्रण ) अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 45 ) की धारा 109 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , जिसकी यह राय है कि ऐसा करना लोक हित में आवश्यक और सीमीचीन है , एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थात्-
उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के खण्ड (ग ) में निर्दिष्ट व्यक्ति को उस खण्ड में विनिर्दिष्ट समय की परिसीमा के प्रर्वतन से छूट दी जाएगी यदि वह उक्त धारा 39 की उपधारा ( 1 ) में निर्दिष्ट प्रमाणपत्र की मंजूरी के लिए , 31 दिसम्बर 1972 को या उमके पूर्व आवेदन करे ।
