MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

ORDER

New Delhi, the 10th February, 1972

S.O. 132 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodi- ties Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, in supersession of S.O. No. 5508. dated 18th December, 1971 and further to amend the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order 1971, namely.—

1. (1) This Order may be called the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control (Amendment) Order, 1972.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. In sub-clause (4) of clause 6 of the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1971, in the opening portion and in the proviso for the words "One hundred and fifty days" the words Two hundred and ten days' shall be substituted.
