SUBJECT. Import of tractors by agriculturists as gift .
No. 24 - ITC ( PN ) /72.-Attention is invited to the Ministry of Foreign Trade Pupblic Notice No. 161 - ITC ( PN ) / 71 dated 18th November , 1971 issued on the above subject .
2. The position has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of applications or customs clearance permits from the 31st January , 1972 to the 30th April , 1972. Applications received after 30th April, 1972 will not be entertained .

विषय : खतिहरों द्वारा उपहार के रूप में ट्रैक्टरों का ओयात
संख्याः 24 आई ० वी ० सी ० ( पो ० एम ० ) / 72. उपर्युक्त विप्रत्र पर विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय की सार्वजनिक सूचना तंख्या 161 - आई ० टी ० सी० पी ० एन ० )/ 71 दिनांक 18-11-71 की ओर व्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. स्थिति की पुनरीक्षा की गई है और यह निश्चय किया गया है कि सीमाशुल्क निकासी परमिट के लिए आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि 31 जनवरी , 1972 को बढ़ा कर 30 अप्रैल , 1972 किया जाये । 30 अप्रैल , 1972 के बाद ाप्त किये गये आवेदन-पत्रों पर विचार नहीं किया जायेगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade . No. I & E / 71 , dated the 4th December , 1971 , except as respects things done or action taken or omitted to be done or taken.

सं ० 1/72.--श्रायात तथा नियति ( नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम, 1947 ( 1947 का 18 ) के खंड 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार विवेश व्यापार मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार के आदेश सं ० आई एण्ड ई/ 71 दिनांक 4 दिसम्बर , 1971 को इसके सम्बन्ध में ओ काम कर लिये गये हैं श्रयत्रा कार्रवाई की गई है अथवा काम या कार्रवाई करने के लिए छोड़ दिये गये हैं उनको छोड़कर एनद्वारा निरस्त करनी है ।

No. 2 / 72.-In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 126 of the Defence of India Rules , 1971 , andin supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Foreign Trade No. I & E / 71 dated the 11th December, 1971 , the Central Government hereby prohibits the import and export of all goods directly into or from any port or place in India , from or to any port or place in Pakistan.

सं० 2/ 72.-भारत सुरक्षा नियमावली, 1971 के नियम 126 द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग कर तथा विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय में संख्या आई ० एन्ड ई ० 71 दिनांक 11 दिसम्बर, 1971 के भारत सरकार के आदेश का अधिक्रमण कर केन्द्रीय सरकार एनवृद्वारा भारत के किसी भी पत्तन या स्थान को या से पाकिस्तान के किसी भी पत्तन या स्थान से या को सभी प्रकार की वस्तुओं का प्रत्यक्ष ग्रा भवत्यक्ष रूप से श्रायात- निर्यात करने पर निषेध लगाती है ।
