New Delhi , the 14th February 1972
S.O. 137 ( E ) / 15 / IDRA / 72 ( 4 ) .- Whereas the industrial undertaking as Messrs . Raymon Engineering Works , Limited, Calcutta , is engaged in the Scheduled Industry , namely , transportation industry;
And whereas it has come to the notice of the Central Government that the production of the articles manufactured in the said industrial undertaking had been gradually going down and the production has now come to a standstill consequent upon the closure of the said industrial undertaking by the management ;
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient to take measures to remedy the situation arising out of the closure of the said industrial undertaking and to ensure that production in the scheduled industry does not suffer to the detriment of the public interest;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circum- stances of the case , a body of persons consisting of:-

का ० प्र ०137 ( प्र) / 15 प्राई ० ० ८.५० ए ० / 72 ( 4 ) -यत मे ० रेमन इजीनियरिंग वर्क्स , लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता नामक श्रौद्योगिष उपक्रम अनुसूचित उद्योग , अर्थात परिवहन उद्योग मे लगा है ,
औरयत , केन्द्रीय सरकार की जानकारी में यह श्राया है कि उक्त कारखाने मे विनिर्मित वस्तुओं के उत्पादन का परिणाम धीरे धीरे कम होता जा रहा है और प्रबधमडल द्वारा उक्त कारखाने को बन्द किय जाने के परिणामस्वरूप उत्पादन अब शून्य हो गया है ।
और यत केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम के बद होने से उत्पन्म स्थिति को सुधारने के लिए और यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि अनुसूचित उद्योग का उत्पादन लोक हित पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव डालने वाले एप मे त बिगडे , उपाय करना समीचीन है ,
अत , अब उद्योग ( विकास तथा विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा इस मामछे की परिस्थितियो से पूरी तरह से अन्वेषण करने के प्रयोजनार्थ एक निकाय नियुक्त करती है जिसमें निम्नः लिखित व्यक्ति होगे
