MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE (Department of Food) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th February 1972
G.S.R. 54(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with sub-clause (11) of clause (b) and clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1904 (37 of 1964), the Central Government hereby appoints Sarvashri S. K. Ghose, M. K. Mukharji and S. Tilak as directors in the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act, and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37, dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely: —
In the said notification,— (i) Under the heading "Directors appointed under section 7(l)(b)" for the entry relating to item (3). the following entry shall be substituted namely: —
"Shri S. K. Ghose, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Expenditure), New Delhi.";
(ii) Under the heading "Directors appointed under section 7(l)(e)"—
(a) for the entry relating to item (9), the following entry shall be substi- tuted, namely: —
"(9) Shri M. K. Mukharji, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture), New Delhi."; (b) after item (10) and the entry relating thereto, the following item shall be added, namely: —
