G.S.R. 79 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 4 ) of rule 183 of the Defence of India Rules , 1971 , the Central Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food ) , No. G.S.R. 1957 dated 22nd December , 1971 .
