No. 28 - ITC ( PV) / 72 -Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters contained in Volume II of the Import Trade Control Policy Book ( Red Book ) for the year April 1971-March 1972 issued ander the ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 44 - ITC (PN) / 71 dated 30-4-1971 .

(1) For every kg. of polyester filament yarn used in the embroidered fabrics and hosiery exported, registered exporters exporting through the STC will receive replenish- ment at the rate of 1.25 kg . of imported polyester filament yarn from the STC.
Export of dyed or printed embroidered fabrics and hosiery will also be enti- tled to permissible items of dyes and chemicals up to 5 % of the f. o.b. value of exports .
(2) Registered exporters may nominate manufacturers of metallic yarn for import of polyester film , laminated sheets and metallised film and permis . sible licquers , adhesives and colours for an amount upto 1.5% of the f.o.b value of exports against export of polyester filament yarn embroidered fabrics and hosiery certified in the inspection certificate of the Textiles Committee to contain met. allic yarn ." For every kg . of acetate filament yarn used in the em- broidered fabrics and hosiery exported , registered exporters exporting these products through the STC will receive replenishment at the rate of 1.25 kg . of imported acetate filament yarn from S.T.C.

Col. 6 " (1 ) Exporters of polyester - cotton blended fabrics and made . up articles whether dyed, printed or grey are also eligible for the replenishment entitlement for polyester fibre under item Χ.1.2 /Χ.1.3 . "
"(4) For every Kg . of nylon yarn used in the blended or mixed products ( dyed, printed or grey ) exported, manufacturer exporters exporting these goods will receive replenishmen atthe rate of 1,20 kg . of imported nylon yarn from the STC .
NOTE . Grey products will not be entitled to import replenish ment of dyes and chemicals . "
P.S. The amendment mentioned at 10 to 12 and 17 referred to above will be made applicable to exports made on or after 1.5.71 and the other amendment referred to at 8 , 9, το and 14 to 16will be maje applicable to exports maje on or after 1-10-70 .

3. Consequent to the cmendments at S. Nos . 7 , 9 to 11 , 15 and 16 referred to para 2 above the following amendments / additions may be made in the Index of the above Red Book :-
(1) The entries " Tasar silk fabrics and made up articles containing 100 % tasar silk yarn by weight .... P. 1.5 " and " Ready male garments of tasar silk fabrics containing 100% of tasar silk yarn by weight .... P.1.6 " appearing on page Ixxxii of the Index may be deleted .
( 11) The entry " Polyester filament yarn fabsics and made up articles including hosiery .... V. 2 " appearing on page Ixxxiv of the Index may be amended to read as " Polyester filament yarn fabrics and made - up articles other than hosiery ...... V.2 ( a) " .
(iii) The entry "Polyester filament yarn embroidered fabrics and hosiery .... V.2 (b) " may be inserted alphabetically under the product group " V.NON- CELLULOSIC PRODUCTS" .

( 1 ) उन पंजीकृत निर्यातकों को जो राज्य व्यापार निगम के माध्यम से निर्यात कर रहे हैं , निर्यातित होजरी और कढ़ाई किये गये वस्त्र में प्रयोग होने वाले फिलामेंट यानें के प्रत्येक किलोग्राम के लिए राज्य व्यापार निगम के माध्यम से आयातित पोलिस्टर फिलामेंट यानें के 1.25 कि०ग्रा० के हिसाब से प्रतिपूर्ति दी जायेगी ।
रंगे हुए अथवा छपे हुए कढ़ाई वाले वस्त्र और होजरी का निर्यात भी, रंग तथा रसायन के निर्यात के जहाज तक निशुल्क मूल्य के 5 प्रति- शत तक की स्वीकृत मत्रों के लिए योग्य होगा ।
(2 ) पंजीकृत निर्यातक, पोलिस्टर फिल्म, लेमिटेटिड शीट और मेटे- लाइज्ड फिल्म और स्वीकृत रोगनों आसंजक और रंगों के आयात के लिए मेटेलिक यार्न के विनिर्माताओं को, मेटेलिक याने अंतविष्ट करने के लिए घस्त्र समिति के निरीक्षण प्रमाण पत्र में प्रमाणित पोलिस्टर फिलामेंट याने कढ़ाई किये हुए वस्त्र और होजरी के निर्यात के बदले में निर्यात के जहाज तक निशुल्क मूल्य के 1.5 प्रतिशत तक मूल्य के लिए नामित कर सकते हैं ।

एसिटेट फिलामेंट यार्न कढ़े हुए वरत्र और होजरी का निर्यात राज्य व्यापार निगम द्वारा मरणीवद्ध है । निर्यातित कहे हुए वस्त्रों और हींजरी में प्रयोग की गई एमिटेट फिलामेंट के प्रत्येक कि० ग्रा ० के लिए उन पजीकृत निर्यातकों को जो इन उत्पादों का राज्य व्यापार निगम के माध्यम से निर्यात कर रहे हैं राज्य व्यापार निगम द्वारा श्रायालित एमिटेट फिलामेंट यार्न की 1.25 कि ० ग्रा ० के हिसाब से प्रतिपूति दी जाएगी ।
(1) और ( 4) पर की वर्तमान टिप्पणी निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जाए :-

टिप्पनी : - भूरे उत्पाद रंगों और रसायनो के श्रायात प्रतिप्ति के लिए योग्य होंगे ।

कृपया ध्यान दें :- 11 से 13 और 17 पर दिखाए
गए संशोधन जो ऊपर उल्लखित हैं 1.5.71 को या इसके बाद किए गए निर्यातों के लिए लागू होंगे और अन्य संशोधन जो 8 , 9 , 10 और 14 से 16 पर दिखाए गए हैं वे 1-10-71 को या इसके बाद के किए गए निर्यातों के लिए लागू होंगे ।
3. क्रम संख्याएं 7, 9 से 11 , 15 और 16 पर संशोधनों के फलस्वरूप जो उपर्युक्त कंडिकाओं में उल्लिखित हैं, उपर्युक्त रँड बक के सूचक में निम्नलिखित संशोधन, संकलन किए जाएं :--
( 1 ) सूचक के पृष्ठ सं ० 82 पर दिखाई गई प्रविष्टिया " टसर रेशम धागे और वजन में 100 प्रतिशत टसर रेशम रेशे वाली बनो हुई वस्तुएं पी० 1.5 " तथा " वजन में 100 प्रतिशत टसर रेशम रेशे वाली रेशम धागों से बने हुए वस्त्र .. पी ० 1.6" को हटाया जाए ।
(2) सूचक के 84 पर दिखाई गई प्रविष्टि " पोलिस्टर फिलामेंट यार्न फैब्रिक और इससे बनी वस्तुएं जिनमें होजरी शामिल है . वी 2 " को संशोधित कर "पोलिस्टर फिलामेंट यार्न फेब्रिक और होजरी के अतिरिक्त इससे बनी हुई वस्तुएं .... वी 2 ( ए ) " के रूप में पढ़ा जाए ।
( 3 ) प्रविष्टि "पोलिस्टर फिलामेंट यानं कढ़े हुए वस्त्र और होजरी .... बी० 2 (बी ) " को " बी० गैर सेल्यूलोस उत्पाद वर्ग " के अंतर्गत वर्णक्रमानुसार जोड़ा जाए ।
(4) सूचक के पृष्ठ 84 पर दिखाई गई प्रविष्टि विस्कोस फिलामेंट यार्न एसिटेट फिलामेंट यार्न और स्पन रेयन से बने , रंगे हुए और छपे हुए सेल्युलोस वस्त्र और इनसे बनी हुई वस्तुएं . •डब्ल्यु 1 " को संशोधित कर "विस्कोस फिलामेंट यार्न एसिटेट फिलामेंट यार्न और स्पन रेयन यार्न से बने , रंगे हुए और छपे हुए वस्त्र और इनसे बनी हुई वस्तुएं और होजरी . डब्ल्यू 1 " के रूप में पढ़ें ।
