S. O. 150(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the people Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby appoints, in addition to the officer appointed in its notification No. 434 'AS/72, Dated the 21st January, 1972, the officer of the Government of Assam as specified in column 2 of the Table below to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary constituency specified column 1 of the said Table:—
