S.O, 151(E) . —WhereasI, F.G.T. Menezes , have been authorised by the Vegetable Oil Products, Controller for India under sub-clause (a) of clause2,of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947, to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said Order :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause6 of the Vegeta- ble Oil Products Control order, 1947 read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture No. G.S.R. 882 dated the 24th September, 1958, and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture, Depart- ment of Food No S.O.122-Edatedthe 7th February, 1972,I hereby fix,with trading concurrence

(if) ''wholesaler", means a dealer who sells vegetable oil product,
(a) to a retailer in any quantity, or (b) to a consumer exceeding 16 5 kg. at a time.
