NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd February 1972
S.O. 155 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in partial modi- fication of its notifications No. 434/MT/70, dated the 24th November, 1970 ana No. 434/MT/70, dated the 17th February, 1971, the Election Commission hereby appoints the officers of Government as specified below, in place of the officers- appointed by the said notifications, to assist the returning officer for 18-Akola parliamentary constituency in the State of Maharashtra in the performance of his functions:—
(1) Sub-Divisional Officer, Akot Division, Akot. (2) District Supply Officer, Akola. (3) Sub-Divisional Officer, Akola Division, Akola. (4) Sub-Divisional Officer, Balapur Division, Balapur. (5) Sub-Divisional Officer, Mangrulpir Division, Mangrulpir. (6) Sub-Divisional Officer, Murtazapur Division, Murtazapur. (7) Tahsildar Akot. (8) Tahsildar, Akola. (9) Additional Tahsildar, Akola.
