S.O. 159(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and
Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947).theCentral Government hereby makes the
following ORDER FURTHER to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1968, namely:-
1. The Order may be c a l l ed t he E x p o r ts ( C o n t r o l) T h i rd A m e n d m e nt O r d e r, 1 9 7 2.
2, In the Exports (Control) Order. 1968, in Schedule I, Part 'A'item No. 35 i.e. No35"Truck tyres 900 x20 size," shall be treated as deleted.
