NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25 th February, 1972
S.O. 16X(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co-operation (Department of Food)' No. S. O. 3180, dated the 28th September, 1970 (as subsequently amended), namely:—
In the said notification,—
(i) for the entry relating to item No. 7, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— "Shri Fazlur Rahman, M.L.C., Bihar";
(ii) in paragraph 5, for the words, figures and letters "by the 29th February,. 1972", the words, figures and letters "by the 31st August, 1972" shall be substituted.
