WEALTH - TAX
New Delhi , the 25th February 1972
S.O. 165 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Wealth - sax Act, 1957 ( 27 of 1957) , the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Wealth- tax Rules , 1957 , namely:--
1. These rules may be called the Wealth- tax ( Amendment) Rules , 1972 .
2. In the Wealth - tax Rules , 1957.--
(a) in Form F,--
(i) for item 12. the following items shall be substituted , namely: -
"12. Date on which the return of net wealth , if any , for the assessment year referred to in item 3 was filed;
13. Date on which the assessee was served with a notice . if any, calling upon him to file the return of net wealth for the assessment year referred to in item. 3;
14. Relief claimed in appeal .

[PART-
(ii) in Note No. 2 , for the words "one hundred rupees " , the words and figures " one hundred rupees in a case where either of the dates shown against items 12 and 13 falls before 1st April 1971 , and one hundred and twenty- five rupees in any other case" shall be substituted;
(b) in Form H ,-
( i ) for paragraph 6 , the following paragraphs shall be substituted , namely:-
"6. That the date on which the return of net wealth for the assessment year in connection with which the reference application is being made was filed ..and the date on which the assessee was served with a notice calling upon him to file the return of net wealth for that assessment year is. is ...
7. That the documents or copies thereof, as specified below ( the translation in English of the documents , where necessary , is annexed ) be forwarded to the High Court with the statement of the case.";
(il) in Note No. 2 , for the words "one hundred rupees " , the words and figures " one hundred rupees in a case where either of the dates shown in paragraph 6 falls before 1st April , 1971 , and one hundred and twenty- five rupees in any other case " shall be substituted.

का० प्रा० 165 (श्र) धन-कर अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 27 ) की धारा 46 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड , धन कर नियम, 1957 मे और संशोधन करने के लिए एनद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-
1. इन नियमों का नाम धन-कर (संशोधन) नियम, 1972 होगा ।
2. धन-कर नियम , 1957 में,-
(क) प्ररूप च में,-
(i ) मद 12 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मदें प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्
" 12. तारीख जिसको मद 3 में निर्दिष्ट निर्धारण वर्ष के लिए णुद्ध धन, यदि कोई हो, की विवरणी फाइल की गई थी
13. तारीख जिसको निर्धारित को कोई ऐसी सूचना , यदि कोई हो, तामील की गई थी जिसमें उससे मद 3 में निर्दिष्ट निर्धारण वर्ष के लिए शुद्ध धन की विवरणी फाइल करने के लिए कहा गया था
14. @@ अनतोप जिसका अपील में दावा किया गया ... ! " ;

( ii ) टिप्पण संख्या 2 में , "एक सौ रुपये" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "किसी ऐसे मामले में जहां मव 12 और 13 के सामने दर्शित तारीखों में से कोई तारीख 1-4-71 से पसले पड़ती हो एक सौ रुपये और किसी अन्य मामले में एक सौ पच्चीस रुपये" शब्द और अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
(ख) प्ररूप ज मे,-
(i ) पैरा 6 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे , अथीत्:-
" 6. कि तारीख जिसको उस निर्धारण वर्ष के लिए शुद्ध धन की विवरणी फाइल की गई थी जिसके बारे में निर्देश आवेदन किया गया है, ... है और तारीख , जिसको निर्धारिती को कोई ऐसी सूचना जिसमें उससे उस निर्धारण वर्ष के लिए शुद्ध धन की विवरणी फाइल करने के लिए कहा गया था तामील की गई थी , .. है ।
7. कि नीचे यथा विनिर्दिष्ट दस्तावेज या उनकी प्रतियां (दास्तावेजों का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद , जहां आवश्यक हो, उपाबद्ध है ) मामले के कथन के साथ उच्च न्यायालय को अग्रेषित की जाएं" ;
(ii ) टिप्पण सं ० 2 मे , " एक सौ रुपये " शब्दों के स्थान पर , " किसी ऐसे भामले मे जहां पैरा 6 में दशित तारीखों में से कोई तारिख1-4-71 से पहले पड़ती हो एक सौ रुपये और किसी अन्य मामले में एक सौ पच्चीस रुपये" शब्द और अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
