SUBJECT : -Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the period April , 71- March 1972 ( Amendment No. 66 ) .
No. 36 - ITC ( PN ) 72 .--Attention is invited to the import policy for registered exporters contained in the Import Trade Control Policy ( Red Book ) Vol . II for the period April , 71 - March , 72 , issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 44 - ITC ( PN ) / 71 , dated 30th April , 1971 .
2. According to paragraph 40 ( d ) ( il ) of Part B of Section 1 of Vol . II of the- I.T.C. Policy ( Red Book ) for April , 1971- March , 1972 various items mentioned therein such as stainless steel sheets , strips , circles and plates , milk powder etc. are not allowed under the import policy for Registered Exporters unless these are specifically permitted in any particular case. It has been decided that the existing paragraph 40 ( d ) ( ii ) referred to above may be substituted by the follow- ing:-
" ( il ) Stainless steel sheets , strips , circles , plates , bars / rods and stainless steel of all sections as well as stainless steel in any other semi -finished form , milk powder , Man - made fibre and yarn (Cellulose and non - cellulose ) , Poly- thelene , PVC Resin and Cellulose Acetate Butyrate Moulding Powder" .
विषय.--अप्रैल , 1971-मार्च, 1972 वर्ष के लिए पंजीकृत निर्यातकों के लिए आयात नीति (संशोधन सं० 66) .
संख्या 36- श्राई ० टी० सी० पी ० एम ० )/ 72.--विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय की सार्वजनिक सूचना मं ० 44- आई टी सी ( पीएन ) / 71 , दिनांक 30-4-71 के अन्तर्गत अप्रैल , 1971- मार्च , 1972 वर्ष के लिए जारी की गई श्रायात नियंत्रण नीति पुस्तक ( रैडबुक) के वा० 2 में पंजी- कृत निर्यातकों के लिए निहित आयात नीति की ओर ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. अप्रैल , 1971--मार्च, 1972 के लिए आयात व्यापार नियंत्रण नीति ( रेडबुक ) के वा ० 2 के खंड 1 के भाग बी की कंडिका 40 ( डी) ( 2 ) के अनुसार विभिन्न प्रकार की मर्दै जो उसमें उल्लिखित हैं जैसे जंग विरोधी इस्पात चद्दर, स्ट्रिप्स, सकिल और प्लेट, दूध पाउडर आदि की स्वीकृति पंजीकृत निर्यातकों के लिए श्रायात नीति के अंतर्गत तब तक नहीं दी जाती जब तक कि किसी विशेष मामले में विशेष रूप से अनुभव नहीं होनो । यह निश्चय किया गया है कि उपर्युक्न उल्लित वर्तमान कंडिका 40 ( डी ) ( 2 ) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए:--
" ( 2 ) जंगावरोत्री इस्पात चढ़ें, स्ट्रिप्स, सर्किल , प्लेट , बार्स/ राड तथा सभी सेक्शना के जंगावरोधी इम्पात , मिल्क पाउडर , मनुष्य निर्मित वस्त्र और श्रागे ( मेलूलौज तथा नान सेललौज ) , पालिथैलिन , पो बी सी रेजिन और मैललोज एसिटेट व्युत्रि- रेट मोल्डिंग पाउडर । " THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

SUBJECT . Import Policy for Registered Exporters for April, 1971 -March , 1072 (Amendment No. 67) .
No. 37 - ITC ( PN ) /72 .--Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters contained in the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book ) Volume II for the period April , 71- March , 72 , issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 44 - ITC ( PN ) / 71 , dated 30th April , 1971 .
2. The existing sub - paragraphs ( H ) ( i ) & ( ii ) of paragraph 36 of Section I of Part E of the above referred Red Book may be substituted by the following entries :-
" ( H ) Exporters of goods sold at international exhibitions abroad by the Directorate of Exhibitions , Ministry of Foreign Trade :
(1) Certificate from the Director of Exhibitions , Ministry of Foreign Trade, indicating the full description of the goods , the f.o.b. value , the name of the Indian exporter , date of sale , and certifying that the payment against the sales in question , has been repatriated to India and surrendered to the Indian Exchange Control . "
3. The following may be added as paragraph 36 ( 1 ) :
( I) Exports of goods sold at international exhibitions abroad organised by the Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions :-
( 1) Certificate from the Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions indicating the full description of the goods , the f.o.b. value , the name of the Indian exporter , date of sale , and certifying that the payment against the sales in question , has been repatriated to India and surrendered to the Indian Exchange Control .
( 11) Bank Certificate indicating the receipt of payment in foreign exchange .
The proforma of the Bank Certificate given in Section III ( Annexure X) may be used with suitable modifications . The time limit for sub- mission of an application will be recorded from the date of payment as shown in the Bank Certificate .
3. In view of the above , the existing sub - paragraphs ( I ) to ( M ) of paragraph 36 may be re -numbered as ( J ) to ( N ) .

2. उपर्युक्त रैडबुक के भाग ई के खंड 1 की कंडिका 36 को वर्तमान उपकंडिकाएं ( एच)
:( 1) तथा ( 2 ) निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित को जायें :--
" ( एच ) प्रवेशनी निदेशालय , विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय द्वारा विदेशों में अतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रदर्शनियों में बेचे गए माल के निर्यात :
(( i ) माल का पूरा विवरण , जहाज पर्यन्त निशुल्क मूल्य , भारतीय निर्यातक का नाम , बिक्रो का दिनांक निविष्ट रते हुए और यह प्रमाणित करते हुए कि विषयाधीन विक्रय बदले भुगतान भारत को वापस भेज दिया गया है और वह भारतीय मुद्रा विनिमय प्राधिकारी को सर्पित कर दिया गया है , प्रदर्शनी निदेशक , विदेश व्यापार मंत्रालय से एक प्रमाणपत्र । " 1E GA11 , O. 3. निम्नलिखित को कंडिका 36 ( 1 ) के रूप में जोड़ा जाए: -
( I ) व्यापार मेले और प्रदर्शनी परिषद् द्वारा विदेशों में आयोजित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रदर्शनियों में बेचे गए माल के निर्यात:-
( i ) माल का पूरा विवरण , जहाज पर्यन्त-निशुल्क मूल्य , भारतीय निर्यातक का नाम , बिक्री का दिनांक निर्दिष्ट करते हुए और यह प्रमाणित करते हुए कि विषया- धीन बिक्रय के बदले भुगतान भारत को वापिस भेज दिया गया है और वह भारतं य मुद्रा विनिमय प्राधिकारी को समर्पित कर दिया गया है , व्यापार मेले और प्रदर्शनी परिषद से एक प्रमाणनत्न ।
( ii ) विदेशी मुद्रा में भुगतान की प्राप्ति को निर्दिष्ट करते हुए एक प्रमाणपत्त्र खंडः iii ( अनुबंध X ) में दिया गया बैंक गांरटी का प्रपत्त्र उपयुक्त भ्राशोधनों के साथ उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है । आवेदन पत्न प्रस्तुत करने के लिए समय सीमा, बैंक प्रमाणपत्न्न में प्रदर्शित की गई भुगतान की तिथि से दर्ज की जाएगी ।
3. उपर्युक्न को ध्यान में रखते हुए , कंडिका 36 की वर्तमान उप -कंडिकाएं ( आई ) से ( एम ) तह (जे ) से ( एन ) तक पुनः संख्यांकित की जाय ।
