G.S.R. 92(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 15 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) G.S.R. No. 67E, dated the 1st February, 1972, the Central Govern- ment hereby determines that for the purposes of sections 14 and 15 of the said Act, the rates of exchange for conversion of each of the foreign currency speci- fied in column (2) of the Schedule below into Indian currency or vice versa shall be the rate mentioned against it is column (3) thereof.
