SUBJECT: -Iinport Policy for Registered Exports for the period April , 1971- March, 1972 ( Amendment No. 08 ) .
No. 38 - ITC ( PN ) /72.-Attention is invited to the Import Policy for registered exporters contained in the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Vol . II ) fer the period April 1971 -March 1972 issued under the Ministry of Foreign Trade Public Notice No. 44 - ITC ( PN ) / 71 , dated 30th April , 1971 .

The existing entry may be amended to read as under:- "Non- fabric cotton textile items ( other than greys ) both mull -made and handloom , including tyre cord fabrics in which cotton yarn has been used in the weft or warp ."
3 Consequent to the above amendment , the entry " Non - fabric cotton textile items ( other than greys ) both mill made and handloom " appearing on page LXXX of the Index of the above Red Book may be amended to read as "Non-fabric cotton textile items ( other than greys ) both mill- made and handloom , including tyre cord fabrics in which cotton yarn has been used in the weft or warp. "

3. उपर्युक्त संशोधन के फलस्वरूप, प्रविष्टि "नात्त- फैब्रिक सूती वस्त्र की मर्वे ( भूरे को छोड़ कर) दोनों मिल निर्मित तथा हाथ करघा जो उपर्युक्त रेडबुक के सूचक के पृष्ठ 80 पर प्रदर्शित है, उन्हें संशोधित कर " नान- फेब्रिक सूती वस्त्र की मदें ( भरे को छोड़कर ) दोनों मिल निर्मित तथा हाथ करघा जिन में वे टायर फोर्ड फेब्रिक जिन में वेफ्ट या वार्प में सूती धागे का उपयोग नहीं किया गया है" पढ़ा जाए ।

ERRATUM
In the Ministry of Foreign Trade Resolution No. 1 ( 1 ) -Tar / 71 , dated 10th the December , 1971 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , Part I-Section 1 . dated 10th December , 1971 ( pages 2419 to 2425 ) , Issue No. 211 , the following corrections are to be made : -

( a) In line 6 , for the word " for " read " to " .
(b) In line 9 , for the word " Oluminium " read " Aluminium" .
