ORDER
New Delhi, the 2nd March 1972
S.O. 174(E)/IDRA/19/72/2.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Industries Development and Regulation Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby authorises the following officers, to exercise the powers speci- fied in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the said sub-section in so far a* they relate to the industrial undertaking, known us, Sirpur Paper Mills Limited, Sirpur, Andhra Pradesh, for the purposes of ascertaining the position and working of the said industrial undertaking, namely:—
1. Shri A, Seetharamiah , Senior Industrial Adviser, Directorate General of Technical Development, New Delhi.
