G.S.R. 94(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Commissions of Inquiry (Amendment) Act, 1971 (79 of 1971), the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th day of March, 1972, as the date on which the Commissions of Inquiry Act. 1952 (60 of 1952), as amended by the said Amendment Act, shall come into force in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
