New Delhi, the 14th March 1972
S.O. I90(E) In exercise of the power, conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952), the Central Government hereby directs that the film entitled 'JOI BANGLA DESH' (Hindi) which was granted a 'U' Certificate No. 64346, dated the 2Gth October, 1971, by the Central Board of Film Censors, shall be deemed to be an uncertified film in the whole of India with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
